All postage and packaging are included free with orders over £80. Every order is sent securely, with extra care taken when ashes are included. Your parcel will be packed safely to protect both the jewellery and the ashes you’ve trusted me with.

• It’s best to keep ashes jewellery away from water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning sprays, as these can affect the resin over time.

• Removing the piece for showers, swimming, sports, or hands‑on activities will help keep it safe.

• A soft, dry cloth is ideal for giving it a gentle clean when needed.

• Storing it in a pouch or jewellery box, away from direct sunlight, helps maintain its appearance.
