The resin is carefully cured and bonded to the silver setting. With normal wear and proper care, it is made to stay firmly in place.

No more than ½ teaspoon is required, you will receive a spoon in your collection kit. Anything left over will be returned with your finished product.

Most memorial pieces take 2–4 weeks from the day I receive your ashes. Custom designs may take slightly longer.

Your memorial jewellery is designed for occasional, everyday wear, but it should be treated with care. To help protect the resin and setting, please avoid wearing it in water and keep it away from chemicals such as perfume, lotions, and cleaning products.

Yes - any ashes not used in your jewellery are returned safely with your finished piece.

Because each piece is custom‑made with ashes, returns are not possible. However, if there is any issue with your jewellery, I will work with you to make it right.

Yes - I work with both human and pet ashes. The process is exactly the same.

Use a soft cloth to polish the silver. Avoid harsh chemicals and store your jewellery in a dry place when not being worn.
